Self-LOVE 2.0: “You are not too much. You are enough.”

Target group: LGBTQ+ people & allies who want to strengthen their self-esteem and free themselves from old beliefs

Goals:

  • Strengthening self-esteem & self-compassion, especially for queer biographies
  • More inner stability, self-acceptance and courage to be visible

Location: Flexible (seminar room, community center, online)

Number of participants: 8-15 people

Contents:

  • Where does my inner critic come from?
  • Identity, shame & pride: LGBTQ+ experiences in the mirror of society
  • Empowerment through self-compassion & setting boundaries
  • Exercises for body awareness, affirmations & community resilience

Methods: psychoeducation, group exercises, meditation, reflection exercises, bodywork, small groups, storytelling sessions
